The Wisconsin National Guard Family Readiness Group brochure brought identity to a little-known organization. This brochure, filled with to-the point information about the group, was distributed to Guard family members. The result was an amazing increase in inquiries from people interested in the group and a resulting rise in group participation.

The UW School of Executive Education wanted a marketing catalogue with a fresh perspective to attract new business leaders to its nationally known executive education program. What Starr created was a brochure that looks less at the program’s accomplishments and awards, and more  at what business owners and leaders get from their investment in the program.  Starr approached its research from a consumer perspective by interviewing students, faculty and sitting in on hours of classes. The result was a marketing catalogue that appealed to its target market.
