A decision was postponed on how to move forward with a road repair agreement between the Town and American Transmission Company.
The proposed agreement would be related to wear on a section of Natvig Road, which ATC’s heavy trucks and equipment are using to access a power line project staging area at Skaar Pit. Chairman Kris Hampton proposed that the Board delay a decision on the agreement until the Town’s legal counsel has had a chance to advise Board members. Hampton said he didn’t think they should decide until they receive feedback on insurance and other recommendations.
